What happens after the Diagnostic?
The Diagnostic stands alone — you keep the output regardless of what you decide to do next. If you want to act on the findings, the natural next step is an Operations Sprint, where we pick the highest-cost bottleneck and fix it in 6–8 weeks. But there's no obligation to continue and no sales pressure at the end of the engagement.
How disruptive is the process?
We run the Diagnostic around your team's schedule. The most intensive part is the stakeholder interviews in week one — typically 45–60 minutes per department head. After that, the work is on our side. We don't require dedicated project time from your team beyond those initial conversations.
We've already had consultants in. Why would this be different?
Most consulting engagements produce recommendations. The Diagnostic produces numbers. Every finding is attached to an annualised cost estimate that has to be defensible to your CFO. If we can't put a number on it, it doesn't go in the report. That's what makes the output actionable rather than advisory.
